Turkey & Bacon Meat Loaf recipe

Ingredients & Quantities

  • 250g of Minced Turkey
  • 250g of Minced Bacon
  • 130g of Diced Onion
  • 130g of Grated Carrot
  • 90g of Bran
  • 110g of Wholemeal Breadcrumbs
  • 3/4tblsp of Worcester Sauce
  • 50g of Dried Milk
  • 560ml of Water
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 3/4tblsp of Dried Mixed Herbs

Method

  1. Combine the meats with all the other ingredients and mix together well.
  2. Put in to a well greased and lined baking tin.
  3. Bake at 350F/180C for one and a half hours.
  4. Garnish with thin slices of tomato and cucumber twists.
