Flapjack recipe

Ingredients & Quantities

  • 255g of Rolled Oats
  • 125g of Margarine
  • 100g of Golden Syrup
  • 50g of Sugar

Method

  1. Melt the margarine, syrup and sugar. Work in the oats.
  2. Spread in to a greased flan tin and smooth down the top with a hot, wet knife.
  3. Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
